Sales Representative, Full Time

blueSPARK Data is a growing company that provides managed IT services to its clients in the greater Baton Rouge area. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. We are seeking the perfect candidate to help keep our revenue engine running. Our ideal sales representative has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others. You will be tasked with tracking sales goals, setting sales targets, and participating in training and development. This role demands a sales leader with a sharp mind and the ability to create and maintain a high-performance sales process.


  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Ensure company quotas and standards are met
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status
  • Promote the organization and products
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our services


  • Successful previous experience in a sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Must have fantastic communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred
  • MSP (Managed Service Provider) experience preferred
  • Experience in building out and improving processes and teams
